HR Generalist (Global Law Firm)

Position: HR Generalist (Global Law Firm) Company: AM 50 Law Firm w/ 3 days work from home! Comp Package: Base salary to $100K, Bonus, Full Benefits, 401K+, Tuition Reimbursement, etc.

Responsibilities for Human Resources Generalist:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand the skills and competencies required for openings.Sources, recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; manages the background check process and facilitates onboarding process.Conduct exit interviews and facilitates offboarding process.Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.Work closely with senior management to ensure focus is on developing identified talent/succession planning and ensure employees are being rewarded and promoted appropriately during year-end compensation process. Conduct market research and internal and external pay analysis.

Qualifications for Human Resources Generalist:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, etc.)3+ year of HR experience in a large law firm or professional services environment.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management and employees at all levels.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiently utilizes HRIS systems and other software applicationsWell-versed in labor laws and regulations, encompassing knowledge of EEOC, FMLA, ADA, as well as other federal, state, and local statutes.
