📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Rapidly growing services company on the Seacoast of New Hampshire is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator. Reporting to the Accounts Payable manager, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for the entry of payable related invoices ensuring accuracy and working with vendors on AP related discrepancies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain accounting experience.
The responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Coordinator will include but will not be limited to:
High volume accounts payable processingMatch, batch and code accounts payable related invoicesVendor managementAccount ReconciliationsAssist with AP related discrepanciesAd hoc projects as needed
The Requirements For The Accounts Payable Coordinator Consist Of
Minimum Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related experienceAbility to communicate effectively with vendorsStrong attention to detailExperience with intermediate Microsoft Excel functions
Compensation: up to $27/HR DOE
