📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Role
KBW has partnered with a large service based company in Boston on a search for a Director of Finance. This is a critical hire for the company and will report into the VP of Finance with extensive interaction with the CFO and CEO. This position will interact heavily and provide support throughout all departments within the organization. The role will be respnsible for:
Develop reporting systems for senior leadership to accurately track financials, variance reporting and KPIs Support leadership by building forecasts and budgets, tracking performance, identifying business risks and opportunities, and strategizing on opportunities to accelerate growth Point of contact for all back office financial systems Strong buisness partnering with Marketing, HR, G&A and ITIdentification of opportunities and risk
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree - MBA a plus7+ years of corporate finance experienceExcellent leadership, customer service, organizational and presentation skills Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
