A successful and growing real estate company located in Braintree, MA, is actively seeking a Property Accountant for an immediate opening. You will oversee the accounting for multiple properties. This position is hybrid!
Responsibilities
Operational accounting for a portfolio of propertiesHandling the month-end close processes Preparing monthly financial packagesMaintain fixed assets schedules
Qualifications
1-3+ years of property accounting experience Real estate experience required Yardi experience preferred but not requiredBS in accounting, finance, or related degree
Compensation Package: Up to $85,000 depending on experience
