Quality Coordinator
Location: Coppell, TXTemp/ContractPay: $20-25hrM-F, 7am-4pm
Kelly Services is looking for a Quality Coordinator works to maintain high standards for all Jack Black products that are produced. This position reports to the Quality Manager and regularly interacts with several other departments.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain day to day operations of the Quality Assurance department, including but not limited to: Receipt and acceptance of incoming bulk, finished goods, packaging materials and marketing collateral. Maintain documentation of all quality reviews and inspectionsCommunicate quality issues internally to Quality manager and Senior Quality SpecialistMaintain documentation and files for all quality system activities.Investigate consumer complaints as requiredTrack lot receipts and document quality issues for annual supplier scorecard and monitoringSupport Quality Systems activities as required, including but not limited to: Supplier Qualification, Stability, Annual Product Review, Document Control, Training, Consumer Complaints, Non Conformance, Lot Record Review, Validations, Calibrations, Temperature Monitoring, Deviations, Change Control, temperature monitoring and data retrieval and Pest ControlCreate and/or update forms and procedures as requiredAll other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field1-2 years previous experience preferredMust have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office productsExperience with standard AQL sampling and procedures would be a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have strong organization skillsMust have a keen eye for detailAbility to multitask, manage time, and work independently with minimal supervision
