What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Program Quality Manager? You’ll be:• Communicating with various customers about new or repeat projects• Collecting specifications and requirements for projects from customers• Quoting projects• Initiating projects by coordinating tasks within the company• Coordinating scheduling for production start and status updates• Communicating project status and issues with customers• Acting as a liaison between production and customers during production• Managing the company's Quality Management System and ISO 9001 certification• Resolving customer-reported quality issues• Collaborating with production on quality questions and issue resolution• Documenting and implementing corrective actions within the Quality Management System
