📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Wrench Time Analyst
This will be for a Turnaround project through May and June. 12 hours shifts with time and a half paid on OT. Per Diem will be available if eligible.
Job Duties:Observe and record job execution on Toughpad/iPad until end of shift, identify best jobs to follow with work activity coordinators, perform quality check of the data to ensure accuracy, upload data from Toughpad/iPad to centralized database, communicate findings to stakeholders and management both verbally and electronically, generate a daily report with a summary of craftsmen activity for the shift, and also a list of potential solutions to identified inefficiencies, generate waste reduction reports on each job for our job planners, occasionally can be assigned to help with other projects initiatives.No manufacturing experience required, training will be offered.Night shift and weekend work might be required as per needs.Key Skills and Competencies:Excellent interpersonal skills, non-confrontational personality, proficient in the use of mobile devices (iPad, Toughpad, etc.), proficient in the use of MS Office with emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook, fast learner and occasional night shift and weekend work might be required as per needs.
Education / Experience Required:TWIC card neededNo manufacturing experience required, we will train successful candidates.
