Job Functions / Responsibilities

Analyze and process warranty claimsReview claim information provided by dealers; working independently or with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, or Quality to process claims per established guidelinesProvide best-in-class support to our Dealers and Fleet Customers on a regular basisPerform additional technical and administrative duties as assignedServe as a subject matter expert for assigned responsibilities (Business Unit)Work closely with external/internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement. Manage accurate invoicing and reconciliation of all Supplier Recovery related warranty costsTravel to Fleet/Dealer/Production locations as needed (<5% travel required)Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree is required; Equivalent years of relevant experience can be substituted with a degreeThe ability to create and manage ad-hoc SQL queries and dashboards within Snowflake or Tableau to help support claim management and goals is a plusMust have strong communication and negotiation skills, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AccessMust have a good recall of detail and a mechanical aptitudeMust be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced just-in-time environment with rapidly changing objectivesMust be able to accept responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervisionThe ideal candidate will be comfortable with processing large volumes of (claims) data and be able to provide data-driven answers to questions about the material processedPrevious Automotive or Truck Dealership Service Advisor or Service Manager experience is a plusAbility to remain organized, meet deadlines, and deal with areas of ambiguity

The salary range for the Warranty Analyst is $65,500 - $98,300 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
