The CompanyOur client is one of the North American Leaders in the Design & Manufacturing of Custom Cutting Tools. They provide services to a range of industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Energy and Engineering. They are rapidly expanding and are looking to add experienced Sales Professionals to their team with the role offering limitless advancement.
The Responsibilities As a Key Account Manager for Cutting Tools, you will be responsible for managing high profile accounts, maintaining the existing relationships, and growing the revenue. Main tasks will involve educating customers and understanding their needs, and to be able to provide detailed information on various products, programs or services offered by the company and effectively communicate what the customers’ needs are.
The RequirementsKnowledge of Cutting Tools and Manufacturing process is essential.Sales ExperienceWilling to travel with overnights stays.High profile account management experience.Proven ability to grow revenue.Degree in any field of sales or marketing is highly regarded.Flawless customer service.Ability to assist customers with parts and applications.Organization, time management and multitasking skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.An outgoing personality, a team player and work well under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
