Influences a cross-functional team for improving the customer, client and employee experience by digitizing and streamlining services offered through end-to-end process optimization in support of strategic initiatives. Highly visible position leading efforts to provide business analysis and program/project support for the development, enhancement and quality assessment, and ongoing provision of various Lines of Businesses (LOBs). Must be aware of and conceptualize the entire end-to-end value stream of all related tools and processes to support the rationalization, efficiency, and effectiveness of use for all of KeyBank Enterprise.

Essential Job Functions

Identify and capture requirements for highly complex standards, processes, system and/or multiple systems across multiple stakeholders; understands and applies the Agile PLC/SDLC to the execution of deliverables.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document complete requirements to realize their needs.Develop and refine stories to translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements and stories which enable the development team.Be a Subject Matter Expert on the team's business solutions and technical platform capabilities.Support the development and maintenance of product backlog to allow prioritization and planning to support business objectives and align to the roadmap.Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing as applicable to ensure quality in application releases and user experience.Actively contributes to the creation, facilitating, managing and recommending training for all aspects of support the team provides.Advises on security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalate to appropriate team(s) as needed. Partners effectively with security and risk teams to ensure tech portfolio changes adhere to standards.

Required Qualifications

5 plus years of Business Analysts ExperienceBachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Experience leading agile ceremonies, like daily standups, retrospectives, story refinement.Experience agile tools particularly Jira, ConfluenceExperience with working in Information Technology and the banking sector.Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication, Strong presentation skillsAbility to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently.Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

Compensation And Benefits

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $92,000 to $172,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
