📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position is accountable for the financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of financial control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Key Responsibilities:Serve as member of Executive Team and trusted business partner to the CEO to guide and build value in the company and provide support to Board of DirectorsAssist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting operational and strategic initiativesDrive financial acumen and accountability across the enterprise, provide timely and meaningful analyses and reporting to operational leadersProvide financial discipline and business decision support to evaluate long term and short-term strategic business opportunities; working closely with business development to provide necessary financial analysis and support for revenue generation and new business opportunitiesOversee all financial controls and systems to manage the financial activities of the organization, partnering with the General Counsel (GC) to maintain compliance with ethical standards, all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of company stakeholdersContinuous improvement with procedures and systems to improve efficiencies and reduce expenses where possibleGlobal financial and tax strategiesOversee all financial transactions, e.g. FP&A, accounting, billing, revenue reporting, treasury, tax, risk management, etc.Manage the capital request and budgeting processesOversee financial internal controls and coordination of all financial audits, investigating findings and recommendationsPartner with the GC to supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitionsReport financial results to the Board of DirectorsProvide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and cash reportingParticipate in conference calls and meetings with the investment communityMaintain company’s banking relationshipsRepresent the company with investment bankers and investorsPartner with GC to negotiate client and vendor contracts

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Accounting or FinanceMaster or advanced degree is strongly preferred, CPA/MBA15 plus years of progressively responsible financial experienceSeasoned and proactive leader with demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, controls, analysis and reporting, and risk managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHands-on and proactive management styleAble to execute complex financial models and forecastsExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written and ability to interact with all levels of employees, the Board of Managers, and the financial and investment community
