Job Description
Position Overview: This position will assist the location with general lot duties and will be expected to follow safety rules and regulations.
Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including but not limited to: cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, mowing grass Ensure safety compliance Assist in equipment maintenance Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments with location manager
Skills And Qualifications
Prior ag experience a plus Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position Able to work substantial over time Must pass background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements
Standing, sitting, bending, twisting, walking Lifting up to 50lbs Working in the indoor and outdoor elements
