What will your responsibilities be as a BCBA at KGH?Design and implement ABA treatment programs for children, teens & young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessmentsCoach, mentor, and supervise a treatment team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in the implementation of client programsProvide family guidance based on clinical recommendationsEvaluate client progress toward treatment goalsMonitor treatment integrity and adjust treatment protocols based on data
Requirements of the BCBA position:Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certificate in good standingCompletion of 8 hours of supervisor training (or pending completion)Functional understanding of advanced ABA principles
