Kilgore Industries, one of the largest Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing subcontractors in the state of Texas is seeking a Sales Representative for our Houston-based Service Department. The successful candidate is responsible for providing clients with outstanding, quality customer service by partnering with field technicians and solving challenges faced by our customers. Additionally, this position will be responsible for revenue generation by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales, as well as recommending new products and services. PRIMARY DUTIES:Make effective sales presentations to customers for delivery of technical solutions.Ensure excellent customer service and account management providing pre- and post-sales support.Qualify accounts in order to identify market potential.Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services, developing new applications.Maintain up-to-date job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.Coordinate and manage work to be performed.Perform, implement, and monitor corrective actions for employee or customer complaints.Solicit input for new products as well as collect feedback for increasing sales related to existing offerings.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of proven successful service solution sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentHVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, or Service Industry experienceDemonstrated understanding of airside and hydronic systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWell-organized and excellent time management skillsMust be able to multitask – be able to work on multiple tasks/ projects at one time.WE OFFER:Competitive payPaid holidays and paid time offWeekly direct deposited paychecks401K planHealth benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/ AD&D, STD, LTD, and supplemental life insurance.
