Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Kind Lending in Santa Rosa, CA. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for managing and processing mortgage loan applications, evaluating borrower's financial information, underwriting loans, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Mortgage Loan Officer will collaborate with brokers and borrowers to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage experience.
Qualifications Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer in the mortgage industryStrong knowledge of mortgage lending and underwriting processesExcellent customer service skillsAttention to detail and ability to analyze financial informationEffective communication and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with loan programs, rates, terms, and conditionsAbility to work well in a collaborative team environmentBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
