Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL for a Fitness Manager for Corporate Gym. The Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, managing group exercise and training programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality fitness services, and providing leadership and support to the onsite team. Additionally, the Fitness Manager will be responsible for promoting a positive and motivating environment for members.
QualificationsExperience in Group Exercise and Group TrainingKnowledge of the Fitness Industry and current trendsCertification in Personal TrainingUnderstanding of Exercise PhysiologyExcellent leadership and communication skillsPassion for fitness and wellnessBachelor's degree in a fitness-related field is preferredExperience in corporate wellness is a plusCPR/AED certified
