Location:1200 Corporate Dr Suite 300, Birmingham, AL 35242Hours: Monday through Friday, Standard BusinessPay: $22 per hourDress code: business casual Technology Device Specialist We’re searching for a Technology Device Specialist, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position you will be responsible for offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, and packaging orders for distribution, working with a small group in the warehouse to ensure items are retrieved, organized, and shipped in a timely manner. Job Duties & Responsibilities · Experience transporting materials using manual labor, equipment, or automated methods, typically in a warehouse. · Assembling, labelling, and packaging orders for shipping. · Stocking inventory. · Inventory Management. · Light Computer work to update inventory using Spreadsheets, or Databases. · Testing and deprovisioning of returned equipment. · Completing cleaning duties as required. · Moving inventory throughout the workspace using various machinery and equipment. · Assisting and updating Salesforce Fulfillment tickets within the given Service Level Agreement. · Knowledge of or experience with shipping and receiving processes and procedures. · Knowledge of device provisioning/configuration via GUI. · Creation of configuration files for devices. Skills & Requirements · High school graduate, some college and/or knowledge of computing, networking preferred · Networking Protocols with an emphasis on Layers 1-3 · CPE (voice & data) · Voice Network Technologies (including VoIP) · Data Networking Technologies, Functionality and Services · Proven decision making and problem-solving skills · High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to quality · Ability to manage their time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe · Organizational skills to manage multiple orders at a time without errors · Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment · Basic computer knowledge to complete digital paperwork and shipping manifests · Ability to work safely within a warehouse environment · Ability to follow existing company policies and procedures
