Mid-Level Associate – Bay Area, CaliforniaLitigation and Dispute Resolution Top-tier international law firm is seeking a motivated and skilled Mid-Level Associate to join our expanding Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that handles complex and high-profile international disputes across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities:Collaborate with our global team to manage cross-border disputes and arbitrations, and cross-border government enforcement actions. Review and draft correspondence and legal documents such as motions, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and settlement agreements.Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings.Assist in developing case strategies and handling various aspects of trial preparation.Work closely with experts on fact development and depositions.Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm or a well-recognized litigation boutique firm.Experience in commercial litigation and/or white-collar defense and investigation and a strong interest in international dispute resolution.Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school.Strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail.Admission to the CA Bar is required. Compensation: Comprehensive benefits package, PTO, 401k Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications within the range of $200,000-260,000
