📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Kirna Zabete is looking for full time boutique assistant for our Nashville store. The role of the boutique assistant will be to work directly with store management and selling team on all front of house and back of house operational tasks. This position will support the daily operation needs of the store and ensure operational excellence and excellent customer service.
This role involves a broad range of responsibilities and involves partnering with both the Store, Corporate, and Fulfillment teams. As a Boutique Assistant, you will have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:
Store SupportSupport stylists when necessary with client appointments. Also support external stylists with consignments/appointments when needed.Greet clients as they enter the store, assist clients with returns/exchanges. During peak hours have a strong presence on the selling floor to ensure all clients' needs have been met. Partner them with available stylists. Assist with filling in the cash wrap daily with supplies. Assist with recovering and filling in the selling floor. Oversee items being altered or repaired from our local tailor and dry cleaning services. Assist with in store events with a heightened focus on all Fine Jewelry trunk shows.Front of house maintenance during high season. Support selling team in their operational tasks to ensure the floor is filled and tidy.
Web FulfillmentFulfill web orders on a daily basis from all channels. Ensure you are packing to company standards.Respond to all communication in a timely manner to ensure all orders and customer service is being handled.Complete all BOPIS orders. Ensure clients are being contacted when ready for pick up.
Back of House OperationsReceive and process new shipments, transfers (incoming and outgoing), RTV's, and Markdowns. Steaming garments, new shipments and floor replenishment. Overseeing damages and repairs done locally. Cycle counts, inventory preparation and support. Back of house maintenance. Ensure it is organized at all times.
QualificationsKnowledge of POS and OMS systems (Shopify, Netsuite, Teamwork Commerce)Strong organization skills and attention to detailDemonstrated planning, organization, and decision-making skillsA performance driven individual who demonstrates strong initiative, superior collaboration skills and the ability to work autonomouslyExperience with retail inventory procedures & systems
