Assistant Manager, Consumer Marketing

Job Description Summary

The Assistant Marketing Manager will work with the Consumer Marketing team in all aspects of integrated marketing communications. This position is responsible for executing successful 360 marketing campaigns for all brands and make sure that team members are staying accountable and reaching their monthly KPIs. This role will oversee all social media platforms for all brands and work closely with external agencies to develop engaging brand content, make sure brands are staying relevant to beauty trade outlets, and supervise any influencer/celebrity campaigns.

Act as marketing support to the Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager and will own execution of assigned brand activation plansAid in executing influencer strategy in collaboration with external agencies to increase brand awarenessAlign key owned social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and clearly manage how they contribute to the overall brands communication strategyActively manage continued outreach and brand integration with influencers; support in creation of influencer campaigns for new product launchesSupport the implementation of social media and communication campaigns and strategiesAssist external agency and internal creative team with planning campaigns, seasonal and evergreen social strategiesLead conversations with external agencies and internal meetingsProvide insights to marketing team and e-commerce team about industry, competitors, and relevant topics and trendsMonitor, track and report on budgets, and any insights and analytics on campaignsMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateAssist in creating, updating and maintaining marketing calendar Implement and track social media ads and insights

Candidate must be detail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitudeBachelor’s degree required, preferably in communications, marketing, or business4-6 years Brand Marketing or Digital Marketing experience - Beauty/ Hair brand experience preferredProficiency in social-media management platforms experience and knowledgeA sense of urgency and good prioritization skillsStrong communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional departmentsSelf-starter and ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and multi-task in multiple projects

The anticipated compensation range is

• 75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
