Chargeback & Recovery Associate

Job Description Summary

A/R accountant is responsible for verifying customers' A/R payments and validating chargebacks through substantiation of back-up documents, contracts and/or communication with internal teams as well as customers' A/P. Invalid chargebacks are to be claimed while A/R accountant clears valid ones in SAP system by issuing CM. A/R accountant is also to analyze/investigate each customer’s performance report and chargebacks to improve the Company’s net income by closely working with internal operational/administrative teams as well as outside professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Associate’s degree in business fields preferred, but not requiredProfessional verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail with dedication to accuracy and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to analyze documents and resolve disputes in a timely mannerProficiency in MS Excel skills

The anticipated compensation range is

• 25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
