We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven RN or LPN to join us as Director of Resident Services and lead our care team at Lakeview Memory Care!

Full-time opportunity! MON - FRI, 9AM - 5PM, weekends required every 6 weeks.

Who You Are

You are a healthcare professional ready to direct operations and pave the way for our high level of senior care. This role directs the operation of the community Resident Services Department focusing on resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, cost containment, and marketing Memory Care / Assisted Living program services.

What You'll Do

Direct the operation of the Community's resident services departmentDirect the hiring and assignment of duties of licensed and non-licensed staffEvaluate residents' condition and care needs to determine the level of assistance neededEvaluate resident records on an ongoing basisEnsure availability of supplies and equipment related to the resident servicesProvide ongoing teaching and training to staffPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

(RNs are preferred; required in WA) Maintains a current and unencumbered Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ), Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Registered Nurse ( RN ) license to practice professional nursing in the residing state(WA & ID only) Obtains and maintains Nurse Delegation Certification in accordance with state requirementsMust be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hirePrevious experience in a supervisory position (Geriatrics preferred)Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulationsAbility to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
