📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY
The OP Assistant is responsible for assisting the Organized Play (OP) and Official Tournament Store (OTS) Teams in the tasks required to help players with WCQ invites, assist in OTS account setup, and assist in order management for B2B purchases.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Help manage communication with players to address comments, questions, or concerns about access to KCGN, how to view WCQ Invite Lists, how to view Top WQP Lists, and help players determine their invite status.Maintain a working knowledge of OP policies and procedures in regards to WCQ Invites to better assist players and TOs with questions and concerns.Assist Senior OP Specialist in contacting TOs to help correct invite information.Assist OP and OTS Teams with order management for sales to OTS and TOs through the KDE-US B2B sales site.Assist OTS Team with account maintenance for OTS.Other duties, as needed, to assist with the Official Tournament Store and Organized Play Programs.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: 4-6 years experience in Customer Servicehigh level of detail orientationto multi-taskwith exceptional interpersonal skillshave strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.with, or an appreciation for, trading card games
