Successful account analysts have a strong aptitude in data analytics, are motivated by helping clients achieve transportation goals, and understand how to successfully coach clients to maximize Koerber's value. In this role you will also have a strategic focus through project, program, and process management with Koerber’s Business Intelligence platform. You will leverage a deep understanding of transportation/supply chain knowledge coupled with a technical background to liaise with development and engineering for product enhancements and customer requests.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like

Lead one or more strategic initiatives for Koerber TransOps BI & Analytics solution including project, program and/or process managementConsult with key client stakeholders to provide analysis and solutions on improving transportation network through leveraging Koerber’s proprietary software and dataAnalyze large transportation data sets and collaborate with clients to help them make the analytical findings executableManage solution design and execution for customer’s transportation key performance indicator (KPI) reporting in Koerber’s proprietary BI solutionUnderstand customer needs and communicate those needs internally to enhance Koerber’s software products, marketing collateral and sales processesDrive continuous improvement of proprietary business tools through collaboration with Koerber development teamCollaborate with multiple internal teams, including experienced technical resources, to deliver on specific client needsServe as a point of contact for client questions and requests, providing appropriate and timely responses, maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with all clients.

What You Bring To The Team

Bachelor’s or advanced Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering strongly preferred1-3 years of experience working in a logistics, supply chain, transportation environment (1-2 years in a customer facing role preferred)Experience working with complex databases through Power BI (or comparable business intelligence platform), SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft ExcelCRM experience preferredProven ability to liaise between technical resources and client facing activityStrong analytical skills

Salary range 55 – 60K*

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
