📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Korn Ferry has been retained on an Assistant Controller search for a middle market client based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a newly created position to support continued strong growth and leadership succession planning.
The position will have broad ownership across the corporate accounting function, with responsibility managing and developing a team of several direct and indirect reports.
The successful candidate will have a breadth of knowledge and experience spanning the corporate accounting function, with a strong understanding of accounting processes, and a genuine desire to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement. They will be ambitious with a commitment and focus to adding value in their role and to progressing in their career – this is a succession planning hire with short-medium term career growth opportunities.
