Job DescriptionMust have 10 plus years - Expert level OpenText (Vendor Invoice Management) experienceMust be Tactical with hands-on day-to-day experience configuring and troubleshootingMust have strong experience with end user support Must have very strong written and verbal communication skillsMust have thorough experience using Fiori (Most IT people prefer Gooey -- but Fiori only. Will not take Gooey. Symbotic knows it is niche.Must have strong understanding of the P2P (Procure 2 Pay) process Must have S/4 Hana experience (2022 version preferred)Not just someone who knows product and theory -- heavy hands-on work with this. configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining relationships with end-users. Walking them through processes. The end users in this instance - AP Processors. Buyers as well (when issues in PO workflows). Need to be on-site help desk - but also technical to do the configuring work - able to handhold.
