Audio Visual Installation Technician
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are hiring experienced audio-visual installation technicians for 100% travel positions. Applicants should have experience pulling cable, terminating BNC, RJ45, and XLR connectors, solder, installing displays, installing rack equipment, cable management, installing ceiling speakers, read signal flow diagrams and blueprints. Experience with Barco Nexxis MNAs (encoders and decoders) is a plus.

Qualifications100% travel position. Need to be able to be on the road five to twenty-one days at time.Experience with installing audio-visual equipment. Experience with cable pulling, cable termination, and solderingUnderstand signal flow. Able to read diagrams and printsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamSelf-starter. Able to understand and executive instructions with minimal supervisionEffective time managementUse hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors along with various other AV systems-related tasksEffectively communicate with employees, customers and colleaguesAbility to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient mannerAbility to work and think independently and meet deadlinesProficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as have experience with time-keeping and reporting appsValid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets KR Wolfe driving privilege standards
