Role / Title

The Production Scheduler will be responsible for the coordination/interaction with Corporate and internal departments to produce a firm schedule in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling, meet production needs; Coordination with production, accounting, maintenance, human resources, material planning, Corporate Supply Chain and others in order to develop and implement a schedule that is cost effective and meets customer demands

Works directly with Corporate Supply Chain to convert weekly plan into daily line assignment schedulesthat manage constraints of manpower, equipment and optimizing costs while recognizing

allergen control.

Coordinate with Materials Planner in to insure supplies or deliveries can support schedule, or

Visa verse adjust schedules due to Material Planning issues.

To assure the timely manufacture of all finished products through the scheduling of production

so finished product is available to ship as needed.

Maintain key operator databaseParticipate in hourly orientationUpdating and communicating set-up changesMaintain SAP/ OMP Scheduling SystemProcure assigned Materials and manage from order to delivery.Participate in the KHMS yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and correctiveAccountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) systems and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list

Knowledge/Experience

B.A. or equivalent experience in Production/Warehousing related field.Knowledge of factory operation preferably in foodAccess and Excel skills and ability to develop data bases within these programs is preferredExcellent math and analytical skillsExcellent skills in computer application such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other programsAbility to communicate effectively with all employees and our corporate partnersExcellent presentation skills and the ability to respond to questions from groups ofAbility to work flexible schedule to include days, afternoons, midnights, and overtime

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
