Air Logistics Warehouse Manager

Your Role

The Air logistics Warehouse Manager will be responsible to manage all Airfreight Export and Import related activities including staffing, training, maintaining compliance to established procedures and maintaining and supporting sales and customer relationships. In addition, responsibilities include negotiation with airlines and vendors, budgeting and P&L oversight and related accounting and operations activities. Additional duties will also encompass TSA facility Security coordinator functions.

Your Responsibilities

Responsible for Air logistics departments and operationsEnsure all relevant/applicable customer and KN Corporate KPI’s and guidelines are metOperational process managementFollow QSHE (quality, safety, etc.) guidelines and procedures and generate improvement plansFinance: Review Billing status report, Review P/L on monthly basis, Targets and goal setting for the departmentCoordinate monthly department meetings to verify goal attainment, to communicate department productivity, quality goals and others during monthly management meetingsBe responsible for employee’s overall training/cross trainingWork with management on individual employee’s development planMonitor productivity and address performance issuesReview quarterly airline/carrier performanceReport to the Branch Manager

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pmBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in Warehouse setting3+ years of experience in a managerial 3+ years in Air Logistics
