Area Air Logistics Pricing Specialist

Our Jersey City branch is looking for a new Area Air Logistics Pricing Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.

Your Role

Reporting to the Regional Air Logistics Development Manager you will focus on providing air logistics rates for Global Tenders. You will be a part of the global air logistics pricing and tender community. You will play an important part to the success of our growth strategy in air logistics.

Your Responsibilities

You will become a Tender and Pricing Specialist, North America Air Logistics. Liaise and work with Business Management Team (BMT) and Global Key Account Managers (GKAMs) on assigned global pricing requests in the following capacities. You will complete requests per US organizational pricing strategies under the guidance of US Pricing Management. Provide feedback and consultation to BMT and Key Account Managers regarding client pricing strategy and formats, requirements, supporting data and market intelligence. Follow-up with relevant Global Key Account Managers (GKAMs) and Business Management Team (BMT) on proposals - participation in “post-mortem process”.

Your Skills And Experiences

Degree in Logistics or Forwarding, and working knowledge of current Air Logistics pricing structures. 3+ years of pricing and Air Logistics related experience. You will have advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, macros). Excellent project management skills.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
