Quality Specialist - 1st Shift

Your Role

In this role, you will have general responsibility for managing daily quality activities to ensure the site stays compliant with applicable regulations and internal procedures. Reporting to our Quality Manager, you will be deeply involved in inspections to ensure compliance with the company, client, and regulatory requirements. Your typical work schedule will be Monday – Friday, and you will be paid $21.00 per hour.

Your Responsibilities

Assist in quality training for new hires and complete retraining Maintain the KPI matrix and training recordsAttend weekly and monthly customer meetingsComplete weekly and monthly quality inspections throughout the site and document any findingsAssist the Quality Manager in different projects as assignedCreate and maintain TIPs (Tool for Improving Processes), CI (Continuous Improvement), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and non-conformance reports Follow health, GxP, and safety policies that comply with company regulationsPerform various assessments, audits, trainings, root cause analysis, and reports related to quality programs and policies; enforce legal and customer requirementsManage change controls for designated processes Assist the Quality Manager with various ISO certifications, regulatory standards, and State Board of Pharmacy Licenses

Your Skills And Experiences

High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in a warehousing environment1+ years in a full-time Quality roleAdvanced Excel and Word skillsUnderstanding of quality systems requirementsLift heavy material of up to 40 pounds
