Shipping Clerk - 2nd Shift

Your Role

You will report to a Supervisor and use a WMS (Warehouse Management System) to work with receivers to supply paperwork and create reporting for all shipping and receiving activities. You will work Monday - Friday, 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm and will be paid weekly at $19.50 per hour.

Your Responsibilities

Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically (WMS)Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipmentsEnsure accuracy, prepare and create pick list, packing list, and POD (Point of Delivery) recovery for inbound or outbound activitiesCommunicate with carriers, customer, operations, and managementPerform clerical responsibilities such as filing, inbound/outbound phone calls, use of radio, data entryVerify and receive product into inventory

Your Skills And Experiences

High School Diploma or equivalent2 years of experience in a warehouse environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of order entry systemsWMS and customer service experience
