Warehouse Team Lead - 1st Shift

Your Role

You will report to a Manager and have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $20.80 per hour.

Your Responsibilities

You will make recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor on processes to set up goals and improve operations Operate material handling equipmentDirect the activities of warehouse associatesHelp develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipmentImplement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and propertyOversee the warehouse housekeeping programEnsure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shippedFollow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations Be available to work overtime and weekends

Your Skills And Experiences

High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in a warehouse environmentAt least 1 year of experience in a supervisory roleForklift operating experienceBasic technical and math skills
