DescriptionWe are looking for talented attorneys to join our growing team working on projects covering lands in multiple states! As an attorney at Kuiper Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex legal matters related to oil and gas, natural resources, land use, energy transactions, and more. Our clients rely on us to provide them with top-notch legal advice and solutions, and we are looking for talented attorneys who can help us meet and exceed their expectations.

QualificationsLicensed in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, or North Dakota with at least three years’ experience drafting title opinions.Significant familiarity preparing large, unit-wide division order ownerships with tract and allocation factors. Excellent communication and writing skills with an analytical approach to problem solving. The ability to collaborate and with a dynamic team of attorneys, legal professionals, and business support specialists.Efficient with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and more.Responsibilities Meet billable requirements. Proactively resolve potential issues and conflicts. Act with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Review and manage complex title opinions and provide legal advice to clients. Draft title opinions, including DOIs, according to state-specific standards.
