KWG Advertising Open Position: Supervisor, Paid Social Role Overview: We're seeking a talented Paid Social Supervisor to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in crafting and executing impactful social media strategies. The Social Media Supervisor will support the social media strategy and oversee its implementation and day-to-day execution. This hands-on-keyboard platform expert will focus on all aspects of successful campaign execution and stewardship. The Supervisor is accountable for the performance and pacing of their assigned brand(s) and customizes departmental standards and processes to fit client needs. They act as a point of escalation and are a go-to expert both internally and externally for matters of complex campaign setup, optimization, and platform nuances. They must have expertise across a variety of client KPIs and buying platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn as well as a proven track record of team management/mentorship. What You'll Do: Support social media campaign strategies by overseeing and directing the execution, optimization, and management of buys with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of digital platforms and media insights. Maintain in-depth knowledge of platforms, vendors, and measurement tools to stay at the forefront of new offerings.Drive business growth by identifying and implementing innovative audience-based addressable solutions, leveraging expertise to solve complex problems and evaluate data effectively.Manage the financial aspects of campaigns, including billing and reconciliation processes, to ensure accuracy in campaign parameters and ad serving estimations.Serve as a digital expert, educating both clients and internal stakeholders on the latest trends, best practices, and technological advancements in social media advertising. Develop and maintain workflow processes for the team and act as an overall QA and support for junior members. Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, fostering an environment of learning and efficiency. What We're Looking For: Social Media Expert: 3-5 years of experience in hands-on keyboard media buying and digital media strategy, with in-depth knowledge of leading Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Google Analytics a plus.Polished Professional: Bachelor's degree OR equivalent professional work experience. Eagle Eye for Detail: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in campaign set up, execution, and reporting. Proactive Problem-Solver: Ability to anticipate, recognize, and clearly define problems and demonstrate proactive problem-solving by seeking innovative solutions, weighing alternatives, and proposing solutions.Positive Team Player: Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
