📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Company DescriptionKwikTrust is a SaaS blockchain business that has recently launched the KwikSign platform and will shortly launch the OnRekord SuperNFT platform, initially in the music industry. KwikSign provides unlimited free digital signatures recorded on a blockchain with integrated identity checks (KYC). OnRekord will enable music creators to project their copyright, develop new revenue streams and get paid faster. OnRekord will also expand into other asset classes such as deeds of ownership and financial assets.
Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Chief Marketing Officer at KwikTrust. As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's marketing activities and developing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales for the the recently launched KwikSign and the forthcoming OnRekord SuperNFT products. You will manage a team and collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals. This is a hybrid role, located in either Los Angeles, CA or London, UK, with flexibility for some remote work.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a marketing strategy to increase brand recognition and meaningfully connect with customers.Create brand recognition across the KwikTrust brand and the KwikSign and OnRekord products.Manage and deliver marketing materials and ensure accuracy.Analyse and report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor informationMonitor customer engagement and response to marketing initiatives.Lead consumer research initiatives to gain insight into customer needs and preferences.Stay updated about emerging technology across digital signatures, blockchain and NFTs and determine how to best utilise technology for maximum efficiency.Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team and ensure daily tasks are completed on time.Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and business partners.Make suggestions for improvements to the overall marketing strategy.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations.
Skills and RequirementsPrevious experience with SaaS and Web 3.05+ years of senior level marketing experienceExcellent leadership, communication, and managerial skills.Knowledge of current marketing trends and innovative technologies.Proficient in web analytics and automation tools.Ability to analyze data and develop strategies accordingly.Highly detail-oriented and organized.Ability to work with different departments and teams.Excellent decision-making skills and problem-solving capacity.Creative thinking with the ability to come up with new ideas.A passion for marketing and the drive to stay on top of the latest trends.Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.Experience in leading consumer research initiatives and analyzing data.Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Monday and other related software.A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.
