Broadcast AV Presentation Systems Lead

The Los Angeles Clippers and Inuit Dome are actively seeking a creative, passionate, and experienced Broadcast Presentation Systems Lead to support our new home, Intuit Dome. The Broadcast Presentation Systems Lead will support all live productions by serving as the onsite expert in operation of the Daktronics System. Helping in system management, prep, and game / event day operation of systems.

The ideal candidate will bring deep subject matter knowledge of Daktronics, signage control software and a desire to learn and mentor others along the way. This unique role provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of bringing Intuit Dome to life.

What You Will Do

Manage organization of all Daktronics software in-house for Intuit Dome events: Clippers games, concerts, commencements, and any third-party events.Coordinate with game presentation to program Daktronics Camino system.Work with corporate sponsorship for partners needs and managing assets.Set up all production routes, swap in-arena content, monitor and control all feeds.Work with the Marketing Team to ensure all campaigns and marketing assets are correct.Install and test Courtside LED to meet NBA Standards, such as Tissot Clock and NGSS data feeds to the table.Maintain, clean, and repair all other Daktronics LED boards as needed.Maintain engineering documentation and create user SOP’s.Respond to trouble calls with broadcast and or computer equipment.Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays.

Your Background, Skills, And Experience

3+ years of broadcast control room and major sporting experience.Strong knowledge of Daktronics LED boardsStrong knowledge of video and audio signal flows, workflows, protocols, and codecs.Solid problem-solving skills and workflow documentation.Experience in both hardware and software systems.Passion for figuring broadcast systems, infrastructure, and workflows out. You thrive in live events where every second matters and are a firm believer in collaboration.Excellent communicator, ability to build relationships with vendors and recognizing the impact of this role across all business functions.Self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team with a high sense of urgency.Strong leadership skills, exceptional collaboration skills and high ability to influence.Effective communication including verbal and written.Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound engineering judgment.Be a flexible and reliable teammate.Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced, collaborative environment with quick turnarounds.

Compensation

$67,000 - $75,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
