La Posada is currently seeking a full-time Certified Fitness Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Living Well Director to support our fitness program and lead various fitness classes for our residents.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess
Degree in a related field or nationally recognized Health & Fitness Certification(s)Personal training and/or aquatic exercise nationally recognized certificationsCurrent CPR/AED and First Aid certifications for professionalsProficiency in data entry, newsletter and flyer creation, and working knowledge of Publisher, Excel, and Microsoft Word
Responsibilities Include
Managing daily functions of The Pavilion, our fitness centerDeveloping safe exercises, routines, and programs for our residentsInstructing groups of 10 or more individualsEnsuring the safety of residents while at The PavilionMaintaining flexibility and a dynamic, personable attitude
