The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for LHD inventory controlling functions across the network. Employee is responsible for: inventory movement auditing, flow management of the facility through finished goods declaration, co-manufactured reception and reconciliation, losses, inventory accuracy and cycle counting; out of code product disposition. For continuous improvement, finding opportunities for improvement, which includes troubleshooting and determining root causes.

From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include:

Build a foundation of accurate inventory data across our supply chain network (using SAP) by ensuring all reports, losses, adjustments, reconciliations, and tasks (including idoc error resolution) are completed timely and accurate manner.Collaborate with 3PL inventory team to ensure physical and WMS inventory records are reconciled with SAP balances, and resolve discrepanciesCultivate relationships across all warehouse locations, including our co-manufacturers and 3PLs as well as across the supply chain team, including supply planning for inbound/stock transfer processes. Identify and fix inventory issues, seeking also to understand their root causes, working with Inventory Supervisor to develop long term solutions to recurring issues. Be a subject matter expert in how finished goods (and pallets) move through our warehouse locations. Auditing these movements and providing guidance for new products or processes.

From your STORY to oursQualified applicants will contribute the following:Experience in ERP/WMS systems required, SAP experience strongly preferred Proven ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information, and develop alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations, and uses reasoning.Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex information.Ability to develop effective methods for tracking and monitoring data or information.Must possess the ability to think critically, analyze data, resource discrepancies with accuracy and have data integrity.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.Ability to operate in a team environment.Ability to adapt in a changing work environment.
