📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Oak Knoll Animal Hospital ( https://okah.net/ ) is a thriving 4 doctor, companion animal general practice, seeking a Full Time Associate to join our team. We are proud of our team of veterinarians and caring support staff including 8 technicians and 2 experienced veterinary assistants which allows us 2 support staff for each doctor per shift. We consider the individual needs of each pet and their owners to provide diagnostic and treatment plans tailored to each unique situation.
Our team works hard to exceed clients' expectations by consistently providing exemplary pet care, thorough communication, and education. We are a fast-paced clinic, but we strive for a fun work environment as well as a healthy work-life balance. Our team of veterinarians and technicians stay up-to-date and utilize technology allowing us to provide high-end diagnostic and treatment plans! In 2023 Oak Knoll partnered with Lakefield Veterinary Group in a long-term relationship dedicated to compassionate veterinary care with core values of Respect, Wow Service, Learning, Fun and a commitment to Doing the Right Thing!
Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary, monthly production bonus with no-negative accrual, and sign-on bonus. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, with company HSA contribution), life and disability insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, generous CE, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, uniform allowance, and more.
