About Our Hospital and Team

The Emergency Veterinary Hospital & Specialty Center of Eugene-Springfield is a brand-new state-of-the-art facility, now expanded to over 12,000 square feet, boasting cutting-edge facilities and equipment, including a brand-new Toshiba 128 slice CT modality for advanced imaging. As a part of our legacy, we have been AAHA accredited practice since 2008, and we are committed to providing the best quality of medicine to our patients.

At the Emergency Veterinary Hospital & Specialty Center, you will work closely with our long-time Medical Director and practice owner, Dr. Max Rinaldi, along with our experienced Hospital Administrator, Dave Berg. Dr. Rinaldi is a member of the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society and the American Veterinary Medical Association, and he brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team. EVH also boasts a tenured team with a well-established in-house administration and leadership group that provides stability, support and an awesome culture of collaboration and professional growth that promotes personal and professional well-being.

Partnering with the Lakefield Veterinary Group, we are building out our specialty offerings to enhance the level of care in our area, working directly with over 50+ referring general practice hospitals. As part of our legacy, for over 40 years we have been the longest tenured provider of emergency and critical care services in the South Willamette Valley, serving over 10,000 patients annually.
