📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Sugar Land Veterinary Specialists is looking for additional staff to join our team as a Client Care Specialist. Applicants should possess excellent communication and phone skills, the ability to multitask, the ability to learn quickly and retain information, as well as, excellent judgement and problem solving skills. Extensive use of computer software is required for this position, so basic computer literacy is a must.
All of our team members play an integral role in providing exceptional care to our patients as well as facilitating accurate and timely communications with our clients. We consider the Client Care Specialist to be a critical member of our team because they are the first and last contact with our clients. How we deliver service adds value to our entire organization, therefore it is essential that our team members are compassionate and care about pets and helping those that love them.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
