Job Description Summary
A successful candidate understands the STP (source to pay process) focused on systems setup and execution of the purchasing process. This position will primarily support Project Transformation, which is an enterprise-wide ERP implementation project, in both design and execution. The candidate will provide support to the Project Transformation team representing Procurement and will continue to support ERP/systems related processes post ERP implementation.

Become a key team member of Project Transformation representing ProcurementAct as project manager/power admin to coordinate cross functional workstream initiativesParticipate in the design and build of STP related processes for Project TransformationProvide support for Procurement users (and stakeholders) for ERP related activitiesSupport testing and training for Project TransformationBecome subject matter expert in ERP system understanding their application to the STP processStreamline STP process when applicable within ERP systemAssist with hypercare activities – office hours, enhancements, internal supportAssist team members and internal stakeholders with ERP related issuesAssist with projects at manager's direction
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS preferred, or equivalent related experience and/or training2 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply ChainExperience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)Ability to leverage computer software programs (Microsoft Suite, ASI, SAP)Ability to manage multiple priorities and projectsExcellent problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsValid Driver’s License and driving record that meets Lamb Weston Driving StandardsAbility to demonstrate Lamb Weston’s values of Integrity, Inventiveness, Empowerment, Teamwork, and a Drive for Results

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $59,530.00 - $89,310.00
