📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Duties: The Clinical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of high complexity laboratory test results with minimal supervision. CLS personnel are capable of performing pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical duties including specimen evaluation, data analysis, and instrument maintenance and problem resolution. They often work with acute-care and outpatient caregivers, along with other Laboratory Services staff in performing their duties. Skills: • Extensive TJC requirements and rules experience• Candidates should have strong leadership skills to be equipped to lead process improvements and audits Education: Bachelor’s DegreeCalifornia Clinical Laboratory Scientist License California
