📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
PART TIME POSITION 15-20 hours/week - Mondays required, half days. Can mix days worked (i.e. work two 6 hours day, one 3–4-hour day, etc.) Fridays off
Objectives/PurposeServe in an exciting role as a laboratory research associate that directly supports our cutting-edge drug discovery programs across our immune-oncology pipeline.Process, embed, and perform microtomy on a variety of tissues, both animal and human.Interact with stakeholders across the department.Be part of a rapidly evolving team that is working to bridge drug discovery with clinical development to move our most impactful programs forward in ways that meaningfully improve patient outcomes in the clinic.
Education, behavioural competencies and skills:Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.BS or associates degree preferred.2+ years as a histotechnician in an industry or hospital setting.
