Job Summary: As an Import/Export Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage international shipping processes, serve as the primary liaison between overseas affiliates, plants, supply chain, and freight forwarders, and ensure compliance with international trade agreements and Customs legislation. You will also support the international team with freight management functions and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Qualifications
Bachelorβs Degree (preferred)5+ years of related experience in ocean and air export forwarding, import brokerage, or execution of international logisticsWorking knowledge of Freight Forwarder or Brokerage OperationsUnderstanding of IMO forms, hazardous regulations, and SDS SheetsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to multitask and prioritizeSAP and Oracle experienceKnowledge of banking procedures,Bilingual (preferred)Hazardous Certification are a plus
