Title: Lab Assistant (Cheese Culture Tech)Location: Morton Grove, IL - 60053Duration: 08+ Months Contract
Responsibilities:Looking for a Technician who will support all aspects of the Cheese Cultures Manufacturing at the Morton Grove facility.Minimum qualifications:• Contamination plating at each step of the process (TSA + Sheep blood)• Send phage samples to Central LAB• Keeping and maintaining records of daily Pre- Op inspections• Tools ensemble and sterilization• Assemble and sterilize centrifuge bearings and bowls• Assemble packaging pumps and sterilize• Assemble and sterilize blenders• Disassemble centrifuges• 1-2 years of experience working in a GMP regulated, food environment
