📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Title: Process Quality EngineerLocation: Houston, TX 77073Duration: 0-12+ Months (Temp to perm)Shift: 1st Shift (7AM-3:30PM M-F)Pay Rate: $38.00/Hour on W2. Job Duties:Lead technical assessments of repair source capabilities, managing the qualification process.Administer eSQM system for qualification processes, adhering to timelines.Develop and execute annual Quality Plan in collaboration with QL.Manage eSDR and NCR systems, supporting non-conformity resolution.Analyze NCRs/eSDRs to propose continuous improvement plans.Drive quality control measures to minimize defects.Establish and implement standard work procedures, promoting a quality culture.Support Shop in implementing processes and corrective actions.Assist QL in maintaining QMS processes and conducting internal audits.Train personnel on company policies and customer requirements. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in Quality Roles.5+ years of relevant experience in a Services industry.
