📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Multi-billion dollar alternative investment manager in NYC with a decades-old track, specializing in Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, and Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and administrative providers Reconciliation of monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distributions Monitor portfolio corporate actions and ensure the proper actions and updates are done internally and with service providers Closely monitor deal and warehouse cash balances and perform calculations for warehouse fundings and prepare drawdown requests Involvement in new issue CLO warehouse management, closing date, and effective date procedures and ongoing coordination with audit and tax teams Support Capital Markets/Structuring team in CLO transactions, including new issue, resets, & refinancings Running hypothetical trades to ensure compliance with CLO indentures and support investment team Working with fund accountants and administrators to resolve any bank loan related inquiries or discrepancies Assisting with ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as assigned
Qualifications
3-5 years operations experience in banking, audit or CLO/fixed income manager Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication and analytical skills Strong Excel skills Knowledge of CLO indenture compliance and reporting Experience with Sentry, Wall Street Office, Markit, or other loan processing systems Familiarity with LevPro or similar portfolio management system Comfortable with cash & position reconciliation
