A global fin-tech company headquartered in Manhattan is seeking a Transfer Pricing Analyst.
Responsibilities
Developing, preparing, and maintaining transfer pricing documentation: Master File and Local Files Country by Country reporting and notifications Developing, preparing, and maintaining transfer pricing models Assisting in audit defense Staying current on transfer pricing regulations and understanding the impact of any new requirements Communicating with the client, outside advisors and various teams Coordinating and participating in meetings/conference calls
Qualifications
2 – 4 years of transfer pricing experience at a Big 4 or in a private industry Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook
